Jitters Glitters
Last night, I kept on thinking what would my grades be. I had a hard time sleeping. There were full of what if's and sana. This feeling had reached its pinnacle until I got my grades this morning. I texted Irene, Arete, Maja, Omi, and Carmel if they were already there. On my way to Sec C Foyer, I was doing some yoga breaths (inhale...exhale...inhale...exhale..exhale..exhale). I saw Irene, Don Luta, and Maja. Maja and I were already lining up, feeling all the jitters inside our systems...And the regcom person handed me my regform and grades. When I gazed upon my grades, T.G.I.A (Thank God It's Answered)...My prayers were answered. I was so happy. All the hard work, effort, the sleepless nights, the tears, etc paid off very well...Although I was 0.1 something away from the Dean's List, still, I felt so light. The agony had found its glory. Haaaaaay!
Aside from that, I felt so grateful for my daily and frequent texters (esp the Unlimitxt people--> Lizet, Maebu, Joa and others: Ben and Ayeen) for giving me support during my lowest pointsssssssss...
LENT ALA HS PARISH
The Lenten season in our parish was very nice and exciting. The activities allowed the reunion of the parokyanos and PCY members. Swear! The issues surrounding the org are becoming more serious than before. Grudges start to show, but they manage not to create any war through transforming it into a hilarious topic. There's this guy who levels up his being bisexual and takes chances on our ex-president and the Pensionado and the Reason...another issue is about the oldest member of the org who also takes chances on two of the girls...the wallpaper of the bisexual who is very scandalous to the eyes (don't worry, it's not something disgusting, it's just a proof of his bisexuality)...Pensionado, the Reason, Pogi ng Pitogo who backs out in the maglalatik dance (just when the group needed him most) and goes to practices just to make sipat to one of the prettiest faces of our org (isa nga lang ba talaga?)...and his ex-gf who also backed-out of the palayok dance hours before the presentation of the dance...hay naku! In all fairness, I really concentrated with that 3-palayok level head gear for the Palayok dance...The night of the presentation, I was so tensed because my other dancers were not yet there. We were supposed to meet at 9, because I still had to distribute the cone-shaped incense...Good thing they were able to make it before the "dead Christ" had arrived in the church.
I think the retreat on Friday can clear things up. It would be very difficult for the next president to deal with these issues and people if things will continue in this fashion...
